Our Stricter Safety Procedures

Safety has always been a big deal for us at HalalDoor. To protect help you and couriers against COVID-19, we've added additional procedures and protections in place.

The Basic Protections

Your Delivery Couriers takes these steps everyday to ensure your safety.

Hand Washing.

On a usual day, before starting deliveries couriers washes their hands. We're taking this another step forward and before receiving any meals, couriers must wash their hands inside of the restaurant.

Regular Sanitization.

Couriers participate in the regular sanitization of their vehicles before and after completing deliveries.

Proper Hygiene.

Couriers should not complete deliveries when sick, and wash hands their after sneezing or coughing.

Contact-Free Delivery.

We're keeping delivering safe. Our couriers will call you before arriving, to find out if you'll like to have your order left at the door.

Contact-Free Payment.

Paying through the HalalDoor App is a contact-free experience enabled to you. Available for both Pick Up and Delivery.

Couriers With Face Mask.

Couriers are now required to wear a face mask when completing deliveries.

Sanitization Ready.

Couriers are now caring hand-sanitizer, to perform regular sanitization between exiting and entering their delivery vehicles.

Restaurant Relief

We're here to help our merchants, not hurt them.

Reduced Rates.

We've lowered our rates to the lowest possible. Take 90% of a sale until July 30, 2020 as a relief for COVID-19.
